Main ingredients
As an anionic surfactant, MES, whose full name is sodium methyl ester sulfonate of fatty acids, is an ideal raw material for personal detergents because of its strong cleaning ability, but also because of its own distinctive features: low irritation, mildness to the skin, strong resistance to hard water, excellent biodegradation, low toxicity, good compatibility with other surfactants, medium foam, easy rinsing, and refreshing and non-slippery skin feeling after washing.

The formula selects anionic surfactant MES + amphoteric surfactant CAB as the main combination to ensure the cleaning power while reducing the irritation of traditional surfactants, and the irritation to the skin and eyes is relatively low.

Betaine is a natural humectant widely distributed in plants, animals and microorganisms. The preservative is a combination of phenoxyethanol + caprylyl glycol. At the same time to ensure the preservative effect at the same time to reduce the irritation.
Process steps
- 1. add DOE120, glycerin in water, heat to dissolve, temperature control at 60 ℃.
- 2. thickening agent dissolved to add surfactant, stirring to dissolve until the liquid is transparent, the temperature is controlled at 60 ℃.
- 3. add aloe vera extract, water-soluble VE and betaine, stir to dissolve.
- 4. Lower the liquid to room temperature, then adjust the product pH to 5.0-6.0 range with citric acid.
- 5. add preservatives, flavors, stir to dissolve until the product is transparent.
- 6. Standing, so that the product defoaming, canned to finished products.

Points to note
- Thickener PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate needs to be heated to dissolve, pH change will affect its viscosity.
